Nicholls Countryside Construction Limited is a family business that has evolved from Ben Nicholls Fencing.  As the company grew and with the later addition of Richard we diversified into the construction of timber framed buildings such as stables and garages.  After a few years of building a trusted team of employees and with the help of our more experienced brother, John, we started doing associated works such as annex buildings and renovations.

Nicholls Countryside Construction Limited now consists of Ben and Richard Nicholls as directors and project managers with teams of skilled staff and tradesmen carrying out all manner of works from fencing small gardens through to full extensions with high quality internal finishes.

We have specialist expertise in working on listed buildings and in conservation areas where more traditional methods of building are required.  Using new and reclaimed materials, we fully understand the need for all additional work to compliment the existing building and be sympathetic to the surroundings.  For example, we received a 2005 design award from the Arun District Conservation Area advisory committee for the renovation of Nº7 London Road, Arundel.   This award specifically recognized “the quality of design and craftsmanship, the choice of materials and sympathy with the adjoining environment”.

With a determined work ethic, we have built a good reputation which we rely on to gain additional projects.
